The Matt Garcia Foundation Office had a very “spooktacular” time passing out candy during the 2025 Halloween downtown Fairfield give-a-way. The downtown was turned into a fancy Halloween wonderland with most of the businesses handing out candy for “trick or treaters”. It‘s always a fun time seeing the kids (and many of the business owners) dressed up as various characters. Teresa Courtemanche, President of the Matt Garcia Foundation, was dressed up as a modern and beautiful witch. Looking forward to next year!
